AE Eagle America Inc. is a total logistics solution provider for importer and exporters. Since established in 1997, we have developed extensive network between US and China.

Company History

The founders of AE Eagle America Inc. have over 15 years of sales and operation experience in logistics industry. They had served importers of electronic products, garments and toys from the Far East and China and exporters of hi-tech products from USA to China and Asia. With the support and supervision from the management team of Air Eagle America Inc., they decided to establish their business in USA and China.

AE Eagle America Inc. was established in New York in February 1997. Our office is located at the center of the JFK Airport area.

In October 1997, AE Eagle Cargo Inc. established its operations near Los Angeles International Airport. In the same year, Air Eagle America Inc., the parent company of AE Eagle America Inc., obtained the NVOCC bonded license. The license enabled us to handle ocean freights in the USA.

In order to provide quality air and ocean freight services in China, Air Eagle America Inc. established AE Eagle Freight Shanghai Ltd. in Shanghai in July 1998. By the end of the year, AE Eagle Freight Beijing Ltd. joined the alliance of Air Eagle America Inc. and served as its representative in Beijing.

By May 1, 1999, Air Eagle America Inc. received the OTI license.

On September 1, 2001, Air Eagle America Inc. was endorsed as an IATA Agent in USA.

In January 2002, AE Eagle America Inc. also obtained the NVOCC bonded license in USA.

In June 2002, AE Eagle Freight Beijing Ltd. office was finally established to provide services in the major air freight hub of the Northern China Region.
